At Athena Art, we take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely, beautifully presented and on time.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery options, shipping times and our returns process.

UK Delivery

We offer reliable delivery across the United Kingdom, including Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. After your order has been created and dispatched from us, please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery.

  • Orders under £59 will be charged £4.99 for delivery

  • Orders above £59 will receive free delivery

  • Delivery to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man is £10.00

All framed artwork is shipped via DPD 24-hour tracked & signed delivery, ensuring safe handling and full tracking from our workshop to your door.

A4 print-only orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide.

  • Framed artwork is delivered via DPD International
  • Print-only orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day window from when you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it. If you’ve changed your mind, please wait until the order has been delivered and then return it to us in line with our returns policy to receive a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your artwork is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at art@athenaart.com so we can resolve the issue quickly and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the replacement once the return is approved

This ensures you receive the correct artwork as quickly as possible.

The cost of the return postage will be your responsibility.

Refunds

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, return postage will be your responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction - this can vary by provider.

Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
